beliebis-cbd-oil

Setup by Chris and Sujung Roberts in the summer of 2019, just as CBD Sloth was launching, Beliebis is a UK based brand based, found in Devon (I seriously love Devon, slightly jealous).

They stock a number of CBD based products, including oils, capsules and gummies, while they offer different CBD oil strengths, from 500mg, all the way up to 3,000mg.

It might sound small, but the little details really matter to me, so I loved seeing the little bit of tape holding the top shut. I’ve received a number of CBD oils where they’ve come loose from their protective packaging, however they’ve made sure to secure the top and bottom of the packaging so you won’t suffer from any wastage or damages.

Is This Full Or Broad Spectrum?

While they offer broad spectrum on the website, ideal if you’re looking for a THC free oil, the one I’m testing is their full spectrum CBD oil. Hey, I love a bit of THC, so I’d always prefer a full spectrum if possible, so you can benefit from the entourage effect.

It is counted as full spectrum as it contains all of the extracts naturally found in the hemp plant, meaning it will have various cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, but the difference between broad and full is the presence of THC.

The lab report highlights that this has 11%W/W CBD, so the weight concentration of the solution is 11%, being 1,114mg of CBD.

Beyond this, you will also find small amounts of CBG, CBDA, CBDV, CBGA, CBC, THC, CBN and THCA. If you’d like to learn more about these, I’ve written various guides on the different cannabinoids.

Lab Report Provided

Throughout the past 2.5 years I’ve been running CBD Sloth, one of the most stressful parts of reviewing products has been chasing down brands for their lab reports.

It was one of the reasons I setup CBD Sloth, as back in 2019, no brands were publishing their lab reports, highlighting that it was their private data, which was largely a cover for the fact the products didn’t contain the stated cannabinoids or may not have been grown organically.

However, I love the fact that Beliebis included the lab report as a print out in the pack I was sent. This should be an industry standard, but this has only ever happened once before for me.

Also, the lab report batch code matches the batch code on the packaging of the product I have, something I demand, but sometimes you’ll get brands highlight a lab report from years ago with a completely different batch code, which doesn’t prove anything about the product you’ve received.

However, if you happen to lose the lab report, it is easily accessible from the product page, while the batch code is written on the base of the packaging, alongside the best before date.

Which Carrier Oil Do They Use?

Beliebis have opted for hemp seed oil as their carrier oil, to deliver the cannabinoids to your bloodstream.

While hemp seeds don’t contain cannabinoids themselves, they are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 in a 3:1 ratio, which is a great aspect for your health.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is the form of omega 3 you’ll find in the hemp seed oil, at a greater rate than you’ll find in flax seeds or chia seeds.

Cold pressed hemp seed oil tends to have a slightly nutty taste, which you’ll get when you try the Beliebis full spectrum CBD oil drops.

How Much Do You Take?

As always, the amount you take is different for everyone, depending on your personal situation, your tolerance levels and your reasons for taking CBD oil.

The guidance on the packaging highlights that 5 drops will provide you with roughly 16.5mg of CBD, which works out as 3.3mg of CBD per drop.

I personally like to get around 40mg of CBD 45 minutes before bed, therefore I went for 12 drops, which works out as approximately 39.6mg of CBD.

I’m very happy to say during testing, I was out like a light, which was ideal considering the stressful presentations and activities I have been involved in this week.

Where Can I Buy This From?

You can order the Beliebis Premium CBD Oil Drops from their website for £49.99. They offer free next day delivery in the UK so no extra cost for yourself, while if you’re looking to save some money, you may want to sign up to their email newsletter for a 15% discount.
