I had the honour of tasting the incredibly scrumptious chocolate CBD oral drops last month by Wisp, a brand which has a range of flavours to compete with any, while I’m now trying my favourite milkshake flavour, banana! They offer both broad spectrum and isolate drops on the website, while this product is the isolate.

How Much CBD Do You Get?

This one is a CBD isolate, therefore it will purely contain CBD and no other cannabinoids. I’m testing out the 3,000mg CBD drops, however you can order this in 7 different strengths, varying from 250mg to 4,000mg drops.

The bottle is 10ml, meaning a single drop will have 15mg of CBD. During the testing period, I wanted around 45mg per day, therefore I had 3 drops under the tongue 30 minutes before bed. It is hard to stop at 3 drops when you taste the banana flavour, but I had to remind myself I was using this to improve my sleep rather than a cheeky treat.

Considering I’d be having 45mg per day from a 3,000mg tincture, I’d get 66 days worth out of a bottle, which is just over 2 months. This is something I always try to highlight, as many people opt for the ‘cheaper’ option, despite this lasting around a month and the daily cost per mg of CBD is actually more expensive.

Which Carrier Oil Do They Use?

Mine came with MCT oil, which is derived from coconuts and works perfectly to keep bioavailability high, however they actually offer the option in case you’d rather opt for hemp oil. Which ever carrier oil you opt for, it won’t change the price of the product you purchase.

Both have their own set of benefits, from different vitamins, to omega fatty acids and antimicrobial properties, so you may want to do some research before making your choice.

How Much Does This Cost?

You can purchase the 10ml tincture of Wisp 3,000mg CBD isolate banana oral drops from their website for £41.99, an incredibly competitive price!

If you’re not a fan of banana, they have plenty of other options, such as apple, blueberry, bubblegum, cola, cotton candy, fruit punch, grape, lemonade, lime or mango. Each come in various different strengths, while you can also choose between a 10ml or 30ml bottle, based on personal preference.

Wisp also have a number of other products, from topical creams and bath bombs, to vaping e-liquid cartridges.

They also offer free delivery in the UK for orders over £15, which matches the product I’m reviewing. This is Royal Mail first class delivery, which normally means it should arrive in 1-2 days.

Wisp also has a reward system in place, where you get 10 reward points for each pound you spend, with 1,000 reward points giving you £10 off your next order. You would therefore get 420 points from the product I’ve highlighted (worth £4.20). This is useful if you plan on regularly ordering CBD oil, allowing you to accumulate points over time. Make sure to order before 3pm in order to get same day dispatch on your delivery.

Being based in Brighton, I have directly witnessed the CBD industry grow and prosper, albeit witnessing the difficulties around legislation and the lack of transparency. I therefore decided to become a neutral viewpoint offering genuine reviews, advice and guidance.
