Following on from the Cherry Drops and Electric Lemon, I’m now trying my third CBD oil by Tailored Wellbeing, the Bradford based brand that started in 2015 by Tom Smith and Malcolm Little.
How Does It Taste?
With a name like Berry Bliss, you’re undoubtedly wondering what berry they’ve picked. Could it be blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, the list goes on. Well, my answer…I’m not sure. I know that’s not overly helpful, but I’m really not sure, it doesn’t taste like one berry exactly, a bit of a berry medley. But most importantly, it tastes really nice. Both myself and the girlfriend really enjoyed the taste of this one, arguably our favourite from the Tailored Wellbeing range.
How Much CBD Do You Get?
In the 30ml bottle of Berry Bliss you get 1,000mg of CBD. Well, according to the certificate of analysis you get 999.69…But who’s being pedantic? It also contains other cannabinoids such as CBG (23.9), CBC (22.9) and CBDV (8.1).
If you were to check the product certification (found in the FAQ’s), you will see LOQ next to the THC. Just in case you’re not aware of what this means, it means the compound has less than the limit of quantification, so it was detected but the measurement was so low it couldn’t be reported on the exact amount.
How Much Do I Use?
This is down to personal preference, however I tend to use 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. I do however have an endless supply, so you might find you just want one dosage and if you’re new to CBD oil then you might want to start off low and build-up over time.
The bottle recommends a full 1ml pipette, which contains 33mg of CBD. This would provide you with a full months of CBD. Remember before you take it that you should drop it under your tongue and hold the liquid there for a couple of minutes before swallowing the rest. This will help to increase the absorption rate, known as sublingual consumption.
Tell Me About The Packaging
You find CBD oil coming in all forms of packaging, some slick like Montana Wellness and others a bit more relaxed like American Indican, while Tailored Wellbeing is certainly in the smart and professional area of the spectrum. The brand was setup by two guys who love wearing tailored suits and they put this importance of brand design and professionalism into their product. The result is some classy plastic packaging with a separate geometric symbol and colour for each flavour, with a bottle inside matching the brand style.
But most importantly is the pipette has markers to show the different measurements. Why is this important? So many brands don’t have this, but without it you’re slightly guessing if you’ve had a full 1ml pipette. What if you want half a pipette, how do you measure that without markings to show you a half ml? I really do appreciate brands getting marked pipettes, or more accurately, I get frustrated at those that don’t.
Where Can I Purchase It From?
This, along with all the other great flavours Tailored Wellbeing offers, are available on their website. You can either purchase a 10ml or 30ml bottle.
