I recently got to review various flavours of the Graded Green CBD Shatter, well now I’m taking a look at its cannabis concentrate cousin, CBD crumble.

Have you tried dabbing yet? Let me know your experiences and thoughts in the comments at the bottom of the article!

Why Opt For A CBD Crumble Over A Shatter?

The extraction process is very similar, however the cannabis is heated at a lower temperature while drying out.

So it’s not necessarily about the extraction method, as this can be CO2, butane, ethanol or other heat and pressure methods, but the main differences comes after this. Going through a whipping process, the end result can sometimes be a dry crumbly wax or it can result in a creamy texture.

The aroma, flavour or cannabinoid profile will largely be identical to the shatter, it’s really the texture that makes the difference, so you can pick the one that works for you personally.

The CBD oil is pre-purged, while as the name would suggest, it crumbles apart easily when you touch it.

The reason why people love crumble, shatter or wax is because you tend to get a much greater concentration of cannabinoids for a quick hit, which many people require. Dabbing is certainly a growing area within CBD, but not something new CBD takers start off with.

One thing I personally do like about dabbing is the speed of which I feel the effects. Whereas with CBD oil it takes me 30-60 minutes to feel an effect and with gummies taking me up to 2 hours, vaping is incredibly quick, taking just a few minutes.

That’s perfect if I want to quickly take it before bed or alternatively before an important call with a client.

What’s The Cannabinoid Breakdown?

Each 1 gram tub comes with 800mg of CBD (the exact lab report shows 798, which is just fractionally off).

It also contained a decent amount of cannabigerol, the cannabinoid that will become centre stage in years to come!

On top of this, there is also a lower presence of CBC, CBDV, THCV and a minor amount of THC.

What Options Do They Offer?

They have 6 different options available, being stardawg, zkittlez, sour diesel, birthday cake, lemon sherbert and mango melt, while I got to test out both the zkittlez and mango melt.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, I loved the mango melt, with that sweet mango scent just making your mouth water.

Which ever flavour you pick, they all come as an 800mg cannabis extract, using organic hemp and offering a smooth vaping experience.

They’re certainly fragrant, but someone walking by wouldn’t assume you were taking cannabis, with the fruity and citrusy aroma of the mango melt and the spicy aroma from the zkittlez smells not hinting too strongly towards the hemp based presence.

How Is The Product Presented?

You will receive the extract in a 1 gram tub, which you push down to turn. There is also a little lid stuck on top to ensure quality standards and to prevent leakages.

The extract is soft and easily crumbles when you put pressure on it, but it holds up enough that you can chop off the amount you require.

After touching the crumble, the aroma will transfer to your fingers, so you’ve got that great smell until you give them a quick clean.

Where Can I Buy This From?

You can pick up some CBD Crumble from the Graded Green website for £19.99, infused with their ‘true terpene’ blend.
