I do love a good exhibition or a conference! Combining CBD, marketing and travel, I have been to about 15 conferences and exhibitions this year! Well I don’t plan on stopping any time soon and I hope to catch you at a few future events (don’t hesitate to get in contact if you’re planning on going). I have tried to write up the best CBD exhibitions and conferences that I’m aware of, but don’t hesitate to get in contact if you know of any others.
Europe
Cannabis Europa
Taking place during June, this event is taking place in London at the Southbank Centre, a 17 acre site that could certainly leave you feeling a little lost as you walk around. The tickets certainly don’t cheap, with the super early bird tickets being sold out very quickly at £440, with most having to look at standard tickets at £700
Mary Jane Berlin
Running just a few days apart from the London based conference Cannabis Europe, the Mary Jane Berlin is the biggest of its kind taking place in Germany, during June. The tickets however are significantly cheaper, ranging from £20 to £50.
Europe CBD Expo
You will see me at this event if you are coming, so don’t hesitate to get in contact. Taking place in July, it is another London based event, at Excel London, a venue I have regularly visited for WTM and I have to say you are almost taken aback by how busy and congested it all can be, but that makes it a great venue to meet thousands of potential business partners. They combine workshops, speakers, exhibitors and media representatives to offer a great event. I’m very excited to arrive, having already spoken to a number of brands who will be present.
Athens Cannabis Expo
Combining education around the latest products and innovations, along with accolades for industry movers and shakers, this Greek event is incredibly cheap, coming in at £8 for a 1 day pass, of £10 on the door. Taking place in January, this is the first for the year, setting you off to a good start, a great new years resolutions type of exhibition.
Hemp And CBD Expo
Another UK event (I swear I’m not biased), this one takes place in the midlands, at the Birmingham NEC centre, home to a ridiculous amount of exhibitions throughout the year. In fact, some of the brands will be returning after being present at Spring Fair.
North America
Hempfest Cannabis Expo
Trust Canada to put on the coolest event possible, we’re so jealous across the pond. Taking place in several different cities you can pick from either Hamilton or Saskatoon in June or Halifax or Calgary in October.
Cannagrow Expo
This August event takes place in the Palm Springs in California, not a bad place to spend your late summer. The event is mainly targeted at growers and extractors rather than people such as myself, therefore this is a hyper targeted event, with at least 125 booths.
American CBD Expo
Taking place in April, this event starts the day with B2B business deals and discussions as well as investors, before opening to the general public in the afternoon. Taking place in San Diego, you can pick up a general admission ticket for $35, or the full day business admission for $100. You will also find seminars taking place alongside the booths.
