Following on from my review of the All Round aqua drops, I’ve now been trying the lemon hemp oil. This is a great product in their range, one of 6 products I’ll be reviewing of the brand, so make sure to check out my other posts on All Round.
The Taste
I’m quite a big fan of lemon flavouring, so I might be biased, but I was very happily surprised by how good this tastes. The most common flavour options are peppermint, so it is interesting when you find one that breaks the trend. I often opt for an unflavoured version as I don’t mind the taste of CBD oil, however I know the vast majority of people I speak to simply can’t stand it in their mouths, therefore this is a really great option for them.
It’s also not too acidic, it doesn’t taste like you’ve had a shot of lemon juice, more like a little shot of lemon drizzle cake.
CBD Quantity
The product I have is the 10ml bottle containing 500mg of CBD. The recommendation is to take half a pipette (1/2ml), which will contain 25mg of CBD.
The product utilises a CO2 extraction method, as you would expect with most respectable CBD brands, while the product offers a full spectrum, helping you to benefit from the entourage effect.

Will It Make Me Feel High?
Being sold in the UK, all CBD oils have to contain less than 0.2% THC, the part that is psychoactive and makes you feel high. If you were to purchase a CBD oil from China, then you often find the supposed levels are far from what you get in an actual bottle, however this product is manufactured in the UK, with the brand based in Solihull.
Carrier Oil
Big smiles and thumbs up from me, as they utilise MCT oil, the best carrier oil for CBD, helping to increase the bio-availability when consuming. Obviously, you need to take the supplement sublingually (under the tongue), however anything you do consume has a greater chance of being absorbed properly if consumed with a good source of fat such as MCT.
Can I Mix It Into My Drink?
You can, but I wouldn’t recommend it as it should be taken sublingually, If you want to have some in your drink you you’d be better off with the aqua drops, which have been formulated so they can be added to drinks such as smoothies or coffees.
